Google Adwords is my last suggestion. If you want your podcast to be found at the top of a specific keyword on Google, then this is your platform. Google is still the number one search engine.
I would highly recommend placing ads on more than one ad platform. Play with it and check the results after a few days. Continue with the ones that perform best and stop with the ones that don't.
